and sour cream.

Steak Benedict - two poached eggs and steak medallions served on foccia bread
topped with Hollandaise sauce, Crêpe Trio - one chicken and asparagus, one seafood,
and one steak and mushroom crepe, Pork Provencal - pork tenderloin medallions
topped with our Mediterranean relish, goat cheese and balsamic glaze, served with
heirloom grains and wilted spinach, Chicken Cordon Bleu Tortellini - cheese filled
pasta, grilled chicken and Proscuitto with Parmesan cheese cream sauce, Hudson’s
Maurice Salad - our version of the department store favorite - iceberg lettuce, julienne
ham, turkey, Swiss, Gherkins and green olives with special dressing, or Sweet Chili
Glazed Salmon - with heirloom grains and Oriental vegetables.

New York Style Cheesecake - with choice of sauce, Maple Walnut Bread
