Cold and Flu season is in full swing, and no one is spared from it’s effects. Join Chef Jenn Lee in the next installment of her Be Good to Yourself Series, “Feed a Cold, Feed a Fever.” We will be discussing what foods help with fighting cold and flu, and what foods you should be avoiding while ill. We will also be discussing how you can boast to your immune system by using food, so your less likely to be sick. The class is $35, it includes a lecture, booklet with information and recipes, and a bowl of chicken soup to warm your soul.
