 Join us as Chef du Cuisine Jenn Lee of Victoria’s Wine and Dine presents part one of her Chef Table series with Oktoberfest, a celebration of the fall harvest.

Oktoberfest has a special place in Chef Jenn Lee’s heart. She had spent her childhood in Germany, where every year, people through out the German country would come together to celebrate this holiday with food and of course beer. Her five German inspired courses will help bring that memory to life through out the dinner.

Bavarian Beer Cheese and Brauwurst Plate- Sauerkraut and Pretzels

Sieben Krautersuppe- Creamy Seven Herb Soup

Hasenpfeffer- Marinated Rabbit over Root Vegetables

Sauerbraten- Braised Beef Roast over Spaetzle.

Apple Strudel

$65 per person.

Specially selected Beer and Wine list will be available.

The Chef Table series is about having an intimate setting, special menus and themes, and individual attention to each guest. Chef Jenn Lee takes great pride on every dinner she creates for this series which will showcase her talent and love for the culinary arts. This is a bi-monthly event offered at Victoria’s Reserve.
