Food for your Moods

In honor of National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. We will be discussing how foods have an impact on your moods in both a positive and negative ways. We will also be discussing how foods can help with certain mental diseases, and improve your quality of life.  Class with include a lecture, tastings, and booklet with recipes and information. This is the first in an ongoing series hosted by our Chef de Cuisine Jenn Lee Rogers. Price $35
